  • 300 grams baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges
  • A handful of fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Start by washing and drying the baby potatoes. Cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
  2. Toss the potatoes in a bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air-fryer to 200°C (about 400°F) for 2 minutes.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air-fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Meanwhile, drizzle the salmon fillets with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, move them to one side of the basket and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  7. Air-fry everything together for another 7–8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  8. Plate the salmon and potatoes, squeeze fresh lemon over the top, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
